THE SUNSHINE PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN 18 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS OF AGE:

At this age, very young children show a constant curiosity for the world around them. They are natural explorers who need a range of possibilities to explore, experiment, manipulate and discover.

Very young children are similar to scientists and inventors and the Sunshine program provides them with the tools for their investigations – a play-centred approach, which is the most natural way for very young children to learn.

The Sunshine Class is planned and led by qualified and experienced Vietnamese teachers trained in Early Childhood Education. Each group size is limited to 15 children with 3 teachers. Teacher to student ratio is 1 teacher to 5 students  [1:5]  .

Sunshine children who are not yet toilet trained (a child who is toilet trained can independently ask an adult when they want to use the toilet) must use diapers or nappies while at kindergarten to keep the classroom’s environment clean and parents are requested to supply diapers and other necessary equipment.
